Course Information

Pool Swim

Located in a 50 meter indoor pool with lanes that are 9 ft wide.
The distance for the swim is 300 meters.
One direction swimming in each lane and swim under the lane rope.
Piece of cake!!!!!

Bike Course

Two loop course that is 12 miles long. A few hills but still a fast course.
Police and volunteers at all intersections.

The run is out and back with 2 loops around the pond.
Updated so the finish line is closer to the transition area!
