Olympic, Half, and Full Ironman Triathlon Distances.
Triathlon
Training 101 (Tri 101) training is specifically designed
for that beginner/first-time triathlete. Tom will be doing St.
Patricks Day Tri 101, Caveman Tri101 and Monster Tri 101 for

Triathlon
Training 202 (TRI 202) is perfect for the
multisport athlete who wants to advance from a sprint to an
Olympic distance event.
The profile of a TRI 202 Athlete:
• Completed multiple sprint distance triathlons
• Rides at (17-18 mph)
• Can finish a 6-8 mile run but needs technique and pacing
coaching
• Below average swimmers
• Needs more structured training
• Needs A LOT of help on nutrition and hydration

The Dallas Athletes Half and Full Ironman Training Programs are
designed for first time, beginner, or intermediate half Ironman
athletes who are looking to discover and learn about their individual
fitness and endurance.
If you are looking for a program that is for the elite athlete,
these programs are not for you.
If you have done a half Ironman and you're looking to improve,
